How do I request a return/refund/exchange/repair?
If your item has an issue, please submit a ticket to our Support Center here: http://support.gearbest.com/
Please follow the warranty process below when submitting a ticket:
1. Please describe the problem with your item in detail (what happened and when?) stating your order number and product code (SKU number).
2. Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue.
3. Please give us the item code indicated on the outer packaging.
4. Please send us clear pictures or video of the defects in good lighting.
Ideally, the photos/videos should be clear and focused, under good lighting conditions, and taken at a close to medium distance.
