I haven’t received my package 25 business days after shipment.
This is rare but it may happen. Most likely your package is delayed due to an unforeseen situation ( weather, public holidays, peak seasons and so on) .
Here is we apply this policy to all postal deliveries:
Steps to follow:
1. Check whether the shipping address you indicated My Orders is correct.
2. Contact or go to the local post office in charge of your area: State your name and your address. In some cases, the post office will need you to collect the package over there.
3. After step 1 and 2, if the package has not arrived then please contact us HERE.
4. Once you have checked with the post office, we will compensate you after the delivery deadline has expired.
