How to Request Warranty (return, repair and refund)?
If your item has an issue, please submit a ticket to our Support Center.
Please follow the warranty process:
Please describe the problem with your item in details（what happened and when?)
Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue.
Please give us the item code indicated on the outer package.
Please send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting.
PS: Ideally, the photos/videos should be clear and focused, under good lighting conditions, and taken at close and medium distance.
