Login and Password Issues
Here is a login and password troubleshooting guide.
Clear Your Browser's Cache and Cookies.
Your Internet browser's "Help" menu will have instructions for how to clear the cache and cookies.
2. Pay attention to typing!
Passwords are case sensitive, so "PASSWORD" and "Password" are recognized as two different passwords.
3. Watch out for E-mail Address error.
Your e-mail address must be in this format: email@example.com (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure that you're using the correct e-mail address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the e-mail, make sure it's the correct e-mail address listed.
4.For Incorrect Password : please take the following steps to reset your password click Forgot Your Password.
√ Follow the on-screen instructions, please go to your email box, you will have received “Reset your password of GearBest.com” email. Do it as the instructions in the email.
√ If you haven’t received our email after 2 minutes, please check your spams or junk emails. Our email may have landed there.
